When Doug Mays first purchased TSI Promotionals every order received online was printed out and added to a clipboard that was passed around the office to the various production staff for fulfillment.
The clipboard presented countless problems, and the solution was to create a digital platform that would allow an order to 'flow' through a clearly defined, multi-step process where production staff are responsible for entering data and clearing their queues to ultimately process the order to completion.
PromoSoft is an evolution of that original software concept which is now a customizable, 'Sofware-as-a-Service' (SaaS) model platform that can help modernize, centralize, and scale your promotional products business.
