Fair questions.

The onboarding process is typically complete within a few business days, but ultimately depends on how many integrations are required (Quickbooks, ShipStation, FedEx/UPS/USPS,) and if opting for online payments the merchant requires business verification which can also take a few days. Our staff will walk you through the painless process, and can assist with data migration as well if necessary.

No. The monthly plan is a month-to-month, cancel anytime option. However, you can get a better rate with the 12-month contract and prepaid annual options which can save you up to 15% if you opt for a contract.

Never. Every plan includes unlimited users, so your front office, floor and sales reps can all work in the same system without the bill growing. As your business grows there may be a need to increase the compute and/or storage resources on the server which can costs tens of dollars more per month depending on the need.

That's what the demo is for. We will walk you through the process of fulfilling an order — sourcing, production methods, fulfillment, and invoicing/payment through PromoSoft end to end. The demo should make it clear whether or not the software is a fit for your business before making a committment.

Both require custom integrations via API and thus require a one-time setup fee for each service ($495 QuickBooks, $295 ShipStation) — or recieve those integrations for free when you choose the Prepaid Annual plan.

PromoSoft started the way a lot of good tools do — out of frustration. We spent years running a custom apparel and promo shop: quoting from spreadsheets, chasing proof approvals over email, and scheduling the press on a whiteboard nobody could read. Every off-the-shelf system we tried was built for someone else's business.
